Key Responsibilities
1) ROW Acquisition & Compliance:
Lead & manage ROW (Right of Way) acquisition process for telecom infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory & statutory guidelines for ROW permissions.
Develop strategies for cost optimization & faster approval processes.
2) Government & Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as liaison between Core/Circle team & Local Government bodies to mitigate risks related to project rollout & deployment.
Address & resolve escalations related to ROW issues in timely manner.
3) Documentation & Compliance Management:
Ensure proper documentation of ROW applications, including Service Line Diagrams (SLD) & other required permits.
Maintain accurate records of all approvals, agreements & regulatory clearances.
4) Co-ordination with Internal Team:
Identify & remove bottlenecks in approval process to accelerate fiber rollout.
Provide regular reports on ROW status, risks & mitigation plans to senior management.

The role involves supervising end-to-end fiber deployment activities, including surveys, trenching, cable laying, splicing, and testing. The candidate will coordinate with field teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to network design and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting technical testing (OTDR, LSPM), ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations, managing material procurement and vendor performance, and maintaining accurate project documentation such as route maps and splicing records. The position requires strong project monitoring skills to ensure timely delivery, minimize service disruptions, and support reliable network rollout.

Internal Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with field teams, vendors, and project managers to streamline deployment.
Align project timelines with the Circle Lead’s directives and ensure timely execution.
Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
Reporting & Compliance:
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the Circle Lead.
Maintain adherence to industry standards and deployment best practices.
Ensure quality control and minimize network disruptions.

| Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and background verification. |
| Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, and leave management. |
| Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. |
| Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. |
| 4)Payroll Support- |
| Collate attendance, leave data, shifts, and overtime details for monthly payroll processing. |
| Coordinate with finance/payroll vendor to ensure accurate salary disbursement. |
| Assist with salary structure preparation, increment letters, and payroll-related queries. |

| Collate attendance, leave data, shifts, and overtime details for monthly payroll processing. |
| Coordinate with finance/payroll vendor to ensure accurate salary disbursement. |
