Key Responsibilities

1) ROW Acquisition & Compliance:

  • Lead & manage ROW (Right of Way) acquisition process for telecom infrastructure projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Fiber Deployment Execution:

  • Supervise end-to-end fiber deployment activities, including trenching, cable laying, splicing, and testing.

  • Ensure material availability at project sites and track inventory usage.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and report any non-compliance or delays to the Area Lead.


4. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all fiber deployment activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including route maps, fiber splicing records, and as-built drawings.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to the Area Lead.
